BE WELL: A Resilience Series for School Staff Returning to Work

With staff returning to school at a time when anxieties are heightened, how can we build personal resilience and circles of support?

Using principles of Restorative Practice, Group Coaching, and Communities of Enquiry, we are holding a weekly space for staff, sharing tools for personal inner work which can be taken back to school to build circles of support within schools to nurture resilience through these unprecedented times.

We particularly welcome colleagues from BAME backgrounds, who are being disproportionately affected by COVID 19.
